David Cameron Goss

David 'Pots' Goss, 84, of Vidor died Friday, May 2, 2008 at his residence. A native of Langdale, AL, he lived in Vidor for the past 12 years. David retired as supervisor from Texas Eastern Pipeline after 28 years and was a member of First Baptist Church in Nederland. He served his country during WW II in the U.S. Army. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 4, 2008 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with cremation to follow. David was preceded in death by his wife Deedie Goss, son Ronald C. Goss, brothers Virgil and Johnny Goss. He is survived by his son Harry D. Self and his wife Fay of Vidor, TX, daughter Pat A. Lynch and her husband Lamar of Nacogdoches, TX, daughter-in-law Janis Goss of Orangefield, TX, grandchildren Larry Self, Randy Sturrock, Teri Self, Pam Lynch, Jeff Sturrock, Craig Lynch, Jason Sturrock, Meghan Richey, Josh Goss, 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild.
