Darwin Morris

Darwin Earl Morris, 59, of Vidor, died Friday, February 25th, 2022 at the Houston Methodist Hospital in Houston. He was a lifelong resident of Vidor. Darwin went to college at Lamar University in Beaumont and received a bachelor's in general education. He enjoyed gardening and time being outside. He had a passion for taking nature photos. He spent time drawing and sketching. He will be missed for his quick wit and great sense of humor. He also loved his job at the Terrell Historical Library. Funeral services for Darwin will be held on March 2, 2022 with a visitation beginning at 9:00 AM and the service to begin at 10:00 AM at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor with interment to follow at 2:00 PM at Centerview Cemetery in Pineland, TX. He is survived by his children: Jessica Carter, Jonah Morris, and Hannah Morris, parents Weldon W. Morris and Billie Morris, and brothers Carlos Morris and Charles Morris. He was preceded in death by his brother Donald Morris and Keith Morris.
