Dannie Lee Bixler

Dannie Lee Bixler, 93 of Vidor died Sunday, November 2, 2003 at Oakwood Manor Nursing Home in Vidor, Texas. A native of Atlanta, Louisiana she has lived in Vidor for 28 years, and was a retired elevator operator for the Jefferson County Court House after 16 years of service. Funeral services will be Tuesday, November 4, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. at The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ of Vidor, under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont, Texas. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, November 3, 2003 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Mrs. Bixler is preceded in death by her son Dennis Wayne Pigott. She is survived by her son, Grant Lee Pigott of Kyle, TX., daughters, Betty Jo Eisenbraun of Katy, TX., and Clara Jane Stotts of Vidor, TX., brother, Tracy T. Longino of Livingston, TX., ten grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
