Dalton Lee Erwin

Dalton L. Erwin, 78, of Vidor died Saturday, May 31, 2003 at his residence in Vidor, TX. A native of Clifton, Texas he has lived in Vidor for 49 years, and was a retired oil driller for Gold Rus Drilling. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II. Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 3, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. at Vidor Assembly of God under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor, TX. Visitation will begin Monday, June 2, 2003 at 6:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. He is survived by his wife Helen Erwin of Vidor, sons, Ricky D. Erwin of Vidor, TX., Johnny W. Erwin of Brodlead, KY., and Ronnie L. Erwin of Vidor, TX., brothers, Luther Hayward Erwin of Bridge City, TX., Norman O. Erwin of Fort Worth, TX., sisters, Marguerite Guthrie of Waco, TX., Glovania Watts of Whitney, TX., eight grandchildren, and fourteen great grandchildren.
