Clint Robert Simon

Clint Robert Simon, 53, of Marble Falls, TX passed away surrounded by his family on February 6, 2023, at Baylor Medical Center in Temple, TX.

Born in Orange, TX on June 3, 1969, he was the son of Charles C. Simon and Sandra J. Ezell. Clint lived a well-traveled life filled with many adventures. As a Construction Supervisor he had the opportunity to visit all parts of the world. Clint adored his family, especially his children and grandchildren. He loved hunting and was always on the lookout for that next wall hanger. Clint was down-to-earth, fun, engaging, and kind. He was a talented, smart, and loving man with a larger-than-life persona who never met a stranger and loved his family with all his heart. He was a self-proclaimed “Cajun Chef” and enjoyed cooking for his family and friends. Clint was and will always be a great man, remaining forever in our hearts and on our minds. He will be dearly missed by all the lives he touched.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles C. Simon and stepfather, Wendell I. Ezell.

He is survived by his mother, Sandra J. Ezell of Mauriceville; wife of 11 years, Michelle Simon of Marble Falls; children, Anaise ”Anna” Simon of Beaumont, Alley Chez Simon of Beaumont, Cody Burnett and wife Ashley of Bullard, Kasey Burnett and fiancé James Andrew of Warren, and their mother Jody Simon Bobbitt of Beaumont; step children Tori Murphy and Austin Olsen; grandchildren Beaux, Whitley, Denim, Dawson, Daxton, Drake, Deacon, Cooper and Tristan; siblings, Rhonda Simon of Whitehouse, Charles “Bubba” Simon and wife Tammy of Hillister, Bryan Simon and wife Kelli of Mauriceville, and Jason Ezell and wife Fannie of Chesnee, SC; nieces and nephews, Shauna Garcia, Cheyenne Jones, Charles “Cody” Simon, April Duke, Colby Holley, Brandan Simon, and Mia Simon.

A Celebration of Life for family and friends will be held at “The Oaks” in Vidor, TX February 22, 2023, from 4pm - 8pm.

Flowers may be sent to 2110 S. Main St. Vidor, TX the day of the event.
