Clifford Richard

Clifford Richard, 81 of Vidor died Thursday, July 12th, 2018 at his residence. A native of Crowley, LA, he was a longtime resident of Vidor. Clifford was a member of Our Lady Lourdes Catholic Church in Vidor and was a retired department manager for TSO in Beaumont where he worked for 40+ years. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force and was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council #5789. Clifford enjoyed woodworking and reading. Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm and a rosary at 7:00 pm Sunday, July 15, 2018 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am Monday, July 16, 2018 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Clifford was preceded in death by his son Mark Richard. He was survived by his wife of 58 years Shirley Richard of Vidor, TX, son Aaron Richard Houston, TX, daughter Donna Grant of Vidor, TX, brothers Jack Richard of Baton Rouge, LA, and Joe Roy of Kaplan, LA, 2 grandchildren Gillian and Connor Grant.
