Cindy Winfrey

Cindy Winfrey, 65 of Vidor died Wednesday, August 7th, 2019 at her residence. A native of Port Arthur, TX, she was a longtime resident of Vidor. She was a member of Turning Point Church in Vidor and was VP of operations for Gulf Employee's Credit Union for 30 years before retiring. Cindy was very active in the church and was a greeter. She enjoyed to shop, had a big heart and loved dogs. Cindy was a proud fan of the Houston Astro's and the Dallas Cowboys. She always had a smile on her face and loved to spend time with her grandchildren. Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm Friday, August 9, 2019 at Turning Point Church. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, August 10, 2019 at Turning Point Church with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Cindy was preceded in death by her parents Jay and Betty Quebedeaux, brother Michael Quebedeaux and son Bobby Bryant. She is survived by her husband of 27 years Dave Winfrey of Vidor, TX, children Kelly Winfrey of Amarillo, TX, Wendy Leger and her husband Brian of Vidor, TX, David Winfrey Jr. of New Braunfels, TX, daughter-in-law Tishy Bryant of Bridge City, TX, brothers Jay Quebedeaux and his wife Cindi of Vidor, TX, Rickey Quebedeaux and his wife Belle of Vidor, TX, Jimmy Quebedeaux and his wife Janet of Orange, TX, grandchildren Brianna Bryant of Bridge City, TX, Brenda Leger of Vidor, TX, Kelly Don Winfrey Jr. Denver, CO, Keith Winfrey of Vidor, TX, Brian Leger Jr. of Vidor, TX and numerous great grandchildren. In lieu of flower donations can be made to the Backpack Program at Turning Point Church in Vidor.
