Christopher Mark Longmire

Chris Longmire, 33, of Vidor died Wednesday, September 9th, 2015 at his residence. A native of Bossier, Louisiana, he was a longtime resident of Vidor an Austin. Chris was a 2000 graduate of Vidor High School. He was a member of the White Cane Association and the Blind and Deaf Association. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, September 12, 2015 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Bridge City. Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm Friday, September 11, 2015 at Memorial Funeral Home. Chris is survived by his mother and dad Buford and Debbie Mooney of Orange, TX, father and step-mother David and Phyllis Longmire Shreveport, LA, brother Eric longmire of Orangefield, TX, Gerald Longmire of Shreveport, LA, and Delvin Mooney of Vidor, TX, sisters Diane Sheffield of Vidor, TX, Denise Hussey of Buna, TX, Amber Longmire of Shreveport, LA, grandparets Dewie and Mary Lou Longmire Orange, TX and Rodney Fields of Vidor, TX, 2 nephews, 2 nieces and numerous cousins.
