Chaz Logan York

Chaz L. York, 23, of Vidor died Friday, October 14th, 2016 in Beaumont, Texas. Born in Beaumont, he was a lifelong resident of Vidor. Chaz was an Outside Salesman for Labelleco Fabrication in Beaumont. Chaz enjoyed anything with competition, he was a very active person, he was a golfer, bowler and played softball for the Elite's and Young Guns teams. He was an avid hunter, outdoorsman and fisherman, where he fished in the FLW Pro Bass Fishing Tournament. He also enjoyed ATV mudding. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Thursday, October 20, 2016 at Turning Point Church in Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 pm Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at Turning Point Church in Vidor. Chaz is preceded in death by his grandfather Doug York and grandmother Shirley McCauley. He is survived by his soul mate Paulena Dickerson of Vidor, TX, father and step-mother Chad York and his wife Nicole Maxwell Wampler York of Vidor, TX, mother Sandy Lynn Winfrey York of Vidor, TX, sister Grace York of Vidor, TX, Morgan Wampler of Dry Prong, LA, McKenzie York of Vidor, TX, grandparents Brenda York of Vidor, TX, Jeanette and Douglas Winfrey of Vidor, TX, Garland and LaDonna Wampler of Dry Prong, LA, and longtime companion Texas his dog, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and friends.
