Charlotte "Sunshine" Jean Bartell

Charlotte "Sunshine" Jean Bartell, 70, of Vidor, died Thursday, September 30th, 2021 at her residence in Vidor, TX. She was a longtime resident of Vidor, though she was raised in Louisiana. Charlotte was a devoted home maker and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She enjoyed cooking and was always very friendly and out going, and loved helping others. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. There will be a visitation Monday, October 4th, 2021 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Interment will take place the following day October 5th, 2021 at 12:00 PM at Oakland Springs Cemetery in Oberlin, LA. Charlotte is survived by her husband of 45 years Curtis "Bo" Bartell of Vidor, TX, her daughters Sabrina Louise Bartell of Vidor, TX and Myra Lynn Bartell and husband Danny Caswell of Beaux Bridge, LA, her sisters Tammy Thibodeaux of Vidor, TX, and Janelle Gibson of Mattie, LA and husband Mike, her brothers Billy Eastwood of Beaumont, TX, and Tanzy Deshotel Jr. of Beaux Bridge, LA, her 2 grandchildren Morgan Caswell and husband Drake Cole and Devin Caswell of Beaux Bridge, LA as well as her 4 great grandchildren Baylee, Hayden, Raynee and Mason Cole.
