Charles "Red" Denvel Harrison, 89 of Vidor died Thursday, May 28, 2020 at his residence. A native of Chireno, TX, he was a longtime resident of Vidor. Red was a member of Christ's Community Church in Vidor. He loved to spend time with his family and fishing. He served his country in the U.S. Army. Visitation will begin at 12:00 pm Saturday, May 30, 2020 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, May 30, 2020. Red is survived by his wife of 64 years Verna Harrison of Vidor, TX, daughters Glenda Gail Shaw of Vidor, TX, Debra Marlow of Vidor, TX, Barbara Thomas of South Fork, CO and Susie Carr of Pearland, TX, sister Helen Winzer of Winnie, TX, brother Harlan Harrison of Vidor, TX, 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren
