Charles Ernset Dodge, Sr.

Charles E. Dodge, 77, of Vidor died Monday, December 31, 2012 at his residence. A native of Corpus Christi, TX., he was a longtime resident of Vidor. Charles was a plant mechanic with PPG Industries. Charles was a longtime member and former deacon of Pine Forest Baptist Church in Vidor. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, January 4, 2013 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm on Thursday, January3, 2013 at Memorial Funeral Home. Charles is survived by his son Donald Dodge of Beaumont, his sister Dollee Sherman of Beaumont, three grandsons: Dustin, Daniel, and Derek Dodge, and three great grandchildren: Cayden, Jayden and Hunter Dodge.
