Charles Derek Uzzell

Derek Uzzell, 20, of Vidor died Wednesday, January 1, 2014 in Vidor. A native of Beaumont, he was a lifelong resident of Vidor. Derek was an avid hunter. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, January 6, 2014 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. A gathering for family and friends will begin at 6:00 pm Sunday, January 5, 2014 at Memorial Funeral Home. Derek is survived by his father Dale Uzzell of Vidor, TX, mother Jackie Uzzell of Vidor, TX, daughter Neveah Nichole Dillard, sister Jessica Uzzell of Vidor, TX, brother Randall Flowers of Vidor, TX, and sister Delena Flowers of Vidor, TX.
