Carrol Gean Frazier, 81, passed away at her residence on Wednesday, December 4th, 2024. A native of Orange, Texas, Carrol was a devoted homemaker and a beloved member of the Southeast Texas Association of the Deaf. She was a longtime resident of Vidor, where her vibrant personality and caring heart left a lasting impression on all who knew her.
An avid Dallas Cowboys fan, Carrol’s passion for football was only rivaled by her love for her family, especially her grandchildren. She found immense joy in cooking and creating meals that brought her family together, leaving cherished memories that will endure for generations.
Carrol was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years Romie Frazier, and her parents J.D. and Eunice Williams, as well as her sisters, Julia Smith and Katherine Hutson, brother Donald Frazier and wife Nancy. She is survived by her loving children: Carlton Richburg of Jasper, TX; Bobby Frazier and his partner Kathleen of Vidor, TX; Brenda Boyd and her husband Richard of Sour Lake, TX; and Cathy Conner and her husband Shane of Warren, TX. She is also survived by her brother, Dale Williams of Lakeview, TX, brothers-in-law, Dryden Smith and Kenneth Hutson, siters-in-law Gladys King of PA, Rebecca Gibson and husband Dave, 12 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren, all of whom were the light of her life.
Carrol’s legacy of love, laughter, and family will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her. Her family finds comfort in the countless beautiful memories shared with her throughout her extraordinary life. The family would like to thank Concho Hearts Hospice of South Texas and their director Dana Goodwin and staff.
