Carlene "Terre" Guidry

Carlene "Terre" Guidry, 62 of Buna died Monday, December 5th, 2022 at Christus St. Elizabeth in Beaumont. A native of Port Arthur, she was a longtime resident of Vidor and Buna. Carlene was of Catholic belief and was a homemaker. She enjoyed riding her motorcycle and fishing. Carlene loved her family, especially her grandchildren. Carlene also loved her 2 dogs Dixie and Petals. Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm and a rosary at 7:00pm Thursday December 8, 2022 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. A funeral liturgy outside mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am Friday, December 9, 2022 at Memorial Funeral Home with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Carlene is survived by her daughter Renee Carpenter and her husband Kendall of Vidor, TX, brother Roland Doucet and his wife Shirley of Baton Rouge, LA., best friend and care giver Virginia " Jenny" O'Banion of Buna, TX, grandchildren Destinee Hope Carpenter, Megan Claire-Marie Carpenter, Aaron Charles Carpenter and many friends. She is proceeded in death by her father Haywood Doucet, Sr., mother Elia Courville, brothers Haywood "Sam" Doucet, Jr., Michael Doucet, Jeffrey Doucet, sisters Cathy & Nelda Doucet.
