Calvin R. Netterville, 64, of Vidor, died Tuesday, August 5, 2009, at Harbor Hospice of Beaumont. Calvin was born in McComb, MS on February 9, 1945, to A.D. and Beatrice Netterville. A lifelong resident of Vidor, he spent several years of his life working as a mechanic; but retired from the City of Vidor as the Street Superintendent. He proudly served his county in the United States Navy during the Viet-Nam War. He is survived by his wife, Gaye Netterville of Vidor; son, Corbett R. Netterville and wife, Kimberly of Vidor; daughter, Beanita Netterville of Orange; his two beloved grandchildren, J.C. and Emily Netterville; and mother-in-law, Juanita Lawhon of Vidor. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Calvin Gay Netterville; sister, Dorothy Case of McComb, MS; and brother, J.B. Netterville of Vidor. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. His memorial service for friends and family will be held Saturday, August 8, 2009 at Pecan Acres Baptist Church in Vidor at 2:00 p.m..
