Calvin Gene Carr

Calvin Gene Carr, 72, of Vidor died Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at his residence. A native of Palestine, TX., he has lived in Vidor for 67 years and was a retired supervisor with DM Petroleum Operations. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 19, 2013 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 19, 2013 at Memorial Funeral Home. Gene was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Mary Carr. He is survived by his wife Sandy Carr, son Gene Carr, and daughter Debbie Carr Stampley and husband Robert 'Eddie' all of Vidor, five grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
