Bobby Darrell Parrott Sr.

Bobby Darrell Parrott Sr., 79, of Vidor, died Tuesday, March 16th, 2021 at Baptists Hospitals of Southeast Texas in Beaumont. He was a lifelong resident of Vidor and past member of Pine Forest baptist Church. He worked as a welding instructor for Local Union #211 in Nederland, TX and was previously a welding instructor for Lamar Institute of Technology in Beaumont and Lamar State College in Orange. He was a champion BBQ cook. Visitation for Bobby will be Friday, March 19, 2021 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM. His service will be Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor at 10:00 PM with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. He is survived by his wife of 13 years Arline Parrott of Vidor, TX, sons Todd Parrott of Beaumont, TX, Scott Parrott of Vidor, TX, John Parrott of Vidor, TX, step-son Ross Lagana of Vidor, TX, step-daughter Nika Lagana of Vidor, TX, sister Billy Dale Bailey of Orangfield, TX, 9 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Walter and Ellen Parrott, Bobby Darrell Parrott Jr., and Belinda Jean Chrissy Parrott.
