Bobbie Jane Williams

Jane Williams 81 of Vidor died Friday, June 29th, 2018 at her residence. A native of Garrison, Texas, she was raised in Orange, Texas, and was a longtime resident of Vidor. Jane was a member of First United Methodist Church in Vidor. She was an active member of the church acting as a past youth director and Sunday school teacher, she also helped with the shoebox ministries and was a member of the quilting club. Jane was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved sports and was a LSU and Texas Ranger fan. When she was younger she enjoyed camping and fishing. Jane was well traveled. She was an avid reader and great homemaker. The past couple of years she has adored her cat Snowflake. Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm and the funeral service at 2:00 pm Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Jane is survived by her husband of 62 years Bobby Williams of Vidor, TX, daughter Pamela J. Brush and her husband Richard of Vidor, TX, sister Judy Marsolan and her husband René of Longview, TX, and 4 grandchildren Blake, Keller, Marjorie and Cassie and a aunt Shirley Lumpkin of Lufkin, TX.
