Billie Arline Mcleod King

Billie A. McLeod King, 87 of Vidor died Thursday, November 16th, 2017 at Sugar Land Health Care Center in Sugar Land, TX. A native of Beaumont, TX, she was a longtime resident of Vidor. Billie was a member of Pine Forest Baptist Church and was a homemaker. She was the organist for 40 + years at Pine Forest Baptist Church. She enjoyed to sew, cook and play the piano at home, she was also an artist and loved to paint. Billie taught sunday school and was a past WMU director. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am and funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Monday, November 20, 2017 at Pine Forest Baptist Church with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Billie was preceded in death by her parents H.B. and Olive McLeod and her husband Leon King. She is survived by her son Randall Wayne King and wife Sharon of Longview, TX, daughters Winona King Lindsey of Beaumont, TX and Melissa King of Vidor, TX, sister Anita McLeod Smith of Mauriceville, TX,3 grandchildren Clint King and wife Courtney, Lana Lindsey, Lindsay King Ruhter and husband Grant. 5 great grandchildren Lance Lindsey, Faith Lindsey, Ryan King, Olive and Otis Ruhter.
