Betty A. Williamson Carter

Betty A. Williamson Carter, born February 19, 1937, went to be with the Lord Saturday, August 26th, 2017 at the age of 80. She was a longtime resident of Vidor, Texas but was currently living in Beaumont, Texas with her husband. She was a member of Pine Forest Baptist Church in Vidor for many years. Mom was a very loving, caring wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, and great grandmother. She loved her 5 children very much. . Betty was preceded in death by her late husband C.O. "Goober" Williamson. She is survived by her husband Fred Carter, sons Claude "Junior" Williamson and wife Cindy, Clyde "Bubba" Williamson and wife Regana, daughters Theresa Breaux and husband Danny, Claudia Denbow and husband Darron, Margaret Pullen and husband Darren, sister Joyce Guynes and husband James "Bubba", 17 grandchildren, many many great grandchildren, 3 step children, 4 step grandchildren and 10 step great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at Friday, September 15, 2017 at 10:00 am at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Donations can be made to Pine Forest Baptist Church 4800 N.
