Altus 'Hawk' Keith Barker

Hawk Barker, 69, of Vidor died Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at Baptist Hospital of Southeast Texas in Beaumont. A native of Lewisville, KY, he was a longtime resident of Vidor. Hawk was a retired Pipefitter with Local Union #430 and was a member of Pecan Acres Baptist Church in Vidor. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Monday, February 18, 2013 at Pecan Acres Baptist Chuch, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. A gathering of family and friends will begin at 6:00 pm Sunday, February 17, 2013 at Pecan Acres Baptist Church. Hawk was preceded in death by his daughter Bobbie Denise Barker. He is survived by his wife Pat Barker, sons Al Barker of Houston, TX, Jimmy Barker of Humble, TX, William Scott and Chris Scott both of Vidor, TX, daughter Crissie Barker of Victoria, TX, one sister and 5 grandchildren.
