Aileen Rose Stephenson

AILEEN ROSE STEPHENSON, 76, of Vidor, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Saturday, November 16, 2002 at Bayshore Hospital in Pasadena, TX. A lifelong resident of Vidor, TX., she was the owner of Gulf Finance for 19 years, and was a descendant of early Texas pioneers in the Terry area of what is now Orange County, TX. Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 21, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with Reverend Tommy Hopper officiating. Burial services will follow at Stephenson Cemetery in Vidor, TX. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 20, 2002 at 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home. She was preceeded in death by her parents Wallace and Hessie Stephenson, brother Dannie Wallace Stephenson, and sister Virginia Whitmire. She is survived by her twin brother Allen Stephenson of Vidor, TX., sisters Lona Leith of Pasadena, TX., Betty Poland of Deer Park, TX., and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 780 S. 4th St. Beaumont, TX. 77701.
