Yuba Isenhower

Doots Isenhower, 80, of Vidor died Tuesday, October 24, 2006 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, TX. A native of Waskom, TX., she has lived in Vidor since 1949 and was a retired nurse with Dr. Washburn after 12 years of faithful service. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 27, 2006 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 26, 2006 at Memorial Funeral Home. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years Marcus “Ike” Isenhower, triplets and Carolyn Ann her children, brothers Robert Rudd, JD Rudd, Jack Rudd, and Demp Rudd, and her sister Jane Cartlege. She is survived by her son Richard Isenhower and his wife Patsy of Vidor, daughter Cheryl Myers and her husband Lee Roy of Beaumont, brother Walter Rudd of Waskom, TX., sisters Bess Brumble of Bethany, LA., Daisy Heitner of Shreveport, LA., Maggie Jo Ferrell of White Oak, TX., and Punkin Abney of Shreveport, LA., and six grandchildren: Sarah Myers, Allison Myers, Sam Myers, Lucas Isenhower, Travis Isenhower, and Nathan Isenhower.
