William Frank Woods

William Frank Woods, 91, of Vidor died Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at Oakwood Manor Nursing Home in Vidor. Native of Burkeville, Tx and long time resident of Vidor, Frank was the retired owner of 44 years of Woods Supermarket in Vidor. Funeral services are Monday, December 27, 2010 at 10:00 A. M. at Vidor Church of Christ under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor with visitation Sunday, December 26, 2010 from 2-5 P.M. at the funeral home. Frank is preceded in death by his wife, Maude Woods and a son, James Louis Falls. He is survived by 2 sons, William Frank Woods Jr. and wife Mary Jane and Ronald Eugene Woods and wife Kathy all of Vidor; 1 daughter, Donna Kay Woods Smith and husband Steve of Clear Lake, TX; 1 brother, Homer Kelly Woods and wife Donna of Burkeville, TX; 2 sisters, Pauline Davis and husband Armand of Newton, TX and Margie Smith and husband Jimmy of Hemphill, TX. 10 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations to be made to Vidor Church of Christ or Heartbeats of Hope.
