Wanda L. Cook, 83, of Vidor died Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Vidor Health and Rehab Center. A native of Pryor, Oklahoma, she was a longtime resident of Vidor. Wanda was a member of Redeemer Luther Church in Beaumont and attended Stephen F. Austin College in the early 1950's. She retired from Chevron Refinery as a Telephone Operator for 35 years. Wanda was a homemaker and caregiver for her husband and children, she loved to cook, be outdoors and on the river. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at Memorial Fuenral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at Memorial Funeral Home. Wanda was preceded in death by her husband Robert "Bob" Cook and grandson Brandon Scoot Robertson. She is survived by her son Kirk John Mosby and his wife Mary of Centerville, TX, daughters Shelia Ann Ferrell and her husband David of Seabrook, TX, Brenda Kay Brandon and her husband Bruce of Coyle, OK, Carol Lynette Greer and her husband Jimmy of Vidor, TX, 12 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
