A lifelong resident of Vidor, Kenneth was a licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor for Jefferson County, Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Thursday June 21, 2007 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with entombment to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor, He is survived by his wife Sandra Moore Turner of Vidor, TX, Two sons Kenneth James Freeman Jr. of Vidor, TX, and Houston Gene Freeman of Beaumont, TX, four Brothers one deceased, one sister and seven grand children.
