James Robert 'Jimmy' Youngblood

Jimmy Youngblood, 64, of Vidor died Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. A Lifelong resident of Vidor, Jimmy was a retired pipeline inspector for Exxon for 51 years and was a U.S. Army veteran. Jimmy is survived by his wife, Pamela Youngblood of Vidor; sons, George Davis of Austin, TX, Shannon Davis of Call, TX, Joey Davis of Kirbyville, TX; mother, Iona Youngblood of Katy, TX; sister, Rosie Savoie of Katy, TX; 8 grandchildren; 3 nephews, Clint Savoie of Katy, TX, Aaron Savoie and Jeff Savoie of Houston, TX. Funeral services are Saturday, October 15, 2011 at 2:00 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor with burial at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will be Friday, October 14, 2011 from 6 – 10 PM at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor.
