Dorothy Charline Brizendine

Charline Brizendine, 79, of Vidor died Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. A native of Saline, LA., Charline was a longtime resident of Vidor, and was a retired teacher with VISD. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 27, 2014 at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 27, 2014 at Memorial Funeral Home. Charline was preceded in death by her parents Rufus and Inez Logan. Charline is survived by her son Stuart Brizendine of Hope, AR., daughter Colette Turner of Vidor, brother Ernest Logan and wife Patsy of Wildwood, TX., two grandchildren: Daniel Turner of Vidor, and Amanda Tomlin and husband Dustin of Princeton, TX., and one great grandson Jace Turner of Vidor.
