Charles Ray Murphy Jr

Charles R. Murphy, 60 of Mauriceville, TX died Tuesday, April 28th, 2020. A native of Beaumont, he was a longtime resident of Mauriceville. Charles was an auborist and a carpenter. He was owner/operator of Murphy's Tree Service since 1984. Charles enjoyed working on cars, fishing, canoeing and line dancing. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, May 1, 2020 at Williamson Cemetery in Vidor. Charles was preceded in death by his father Charles Ray Murphy Sr. and sister Deborah Murphy. He is survived by his sons Curtis Murphy, Johnny Murphy, Justin Murphy, Brandon Murphy and Evan Murphy, mother Loryine Ellis, sisters Belinda Cherry, Penny Tindel and Becky Hebert, numerous grandchildren.
