Barbara Faye Mccarrell

Barbara F. McCarrell, 65, of Beaumont passed away at home after an illness Tuesday, February 14, 2012. She was born July 14, 1946 in Raleigh, N.C., she was a lifelong resident of the Golden Triangle. Her greatest personal satisfaction was the love she had for her family at home and her friends at church. She held her commitment to helping others. She is survived by her sister Martha Adams of Beaumont and nieces Dondi Racca of Beaumont, Jami Racca of New Iberia, LA, Angie and Nicole McCarrell of Groves and nephew Cody McCarrell of Nederland. Services will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, February 17, 2012 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with Bro. Dave Parks Officiating. Burial will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm Thursday, February 16, 2012 at Memorial Funeral Home. Special thanks to the brothers and sisters of Flordia Ave Baptist Church of Beaumont.
